Be the Bad Girl

What if you got to be the “Bad Girl” for a day?

No consequences.

You can say what you want.

Let people know how you REALLY feel.

You can say “No” to anything you want without fear of hurting someone’s feelings, retaliation against you, or losing your job, relationship, or friendship.

You can wake up when you desire, wear whatever you want, do what you want, go places you want to go, or don’t do things you don’t want to do.

Write down what you WOULD DO!

For example:

“First thing in the morning, I rolled out of bed after having a decadent dream. I ignored the 5 unread text messages and 20 new emails and instead took a nice long bath with oils, incense, and a bath bomb.

I called a friend whom I felt was exploiting our relationship and let her know how I felt, what my boundaries are, including consequences if that request isn’t acknowledged.

Then, I went for a walk, joint in hand, without a bra. I stopped to pee on the side of the trail.

Later, I self-pleasured in the shower, singing at the top of my lungs.

I took myself out shopping and bought some boots that make me feel like a rockstar.

Then I ate a 3-course meal, moaning with every decadent bite. Calo-what’s?

A man tried striking up conversation and I told him I am not interested in what he has to say.

I made a post about how good it feels to liberate myself, the benefits of self-pleasure, and posted a topless photo of myself with the caption “free the nipple!”

At night, I had a very open, vulnerable, and incredibly creative conversation with a friend…”

This exercise is fun, get wild with it!

What do you REALLY want to do? What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
